What is Clinnco?
Clinnco is a platform that connects short-term rental property owners with professional cleaning companies. We make it easy to manage and schedule cleanings for your properties.
How do I create an account?
Click Register in the top menu, fill in your details and confirm your email. You will receive 10€ welcome credits, valid for 60 days, to use on your first services.
Is Clinnco available in my area?
We currently operate in several cities in Portugal. Check the Pricing page to see available cities.
How do I add a property?
Go to Properties in the side menu and click Add New Property. Fill in the address and select your accommodation type.
Can I have multiple properties?
Yes! You can add as many properties as you need and manage them all from the same account.
How do I make a cleaning reservation?
Go to Reservations, select the property, choose a cleaning provider available in your area, set the date and time, and confirm the reservation.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, you can cancel reservations with at least 6 hours notice at no cost. Reservations can also be transferred to a later date while the team has not been dispatched to the property.
How do I know when the cleaning is complete?
You will receive a notification when the cleaning company marks the service as complete. You can also track the status on the Reservations page.
What is iCal sync?
iCal sync allows you to automatically import reservations from Airbnb, Booking and other channels. When a guest checks out, the cleaning is automatically scheduled.
How do I set up iCal sync?
Go to Automation, select the property, choose the supplier, set the cleaning time and paste the iCal URL from your booking channel.
What is auto-payment?
With auto-payment enabled, reservations created via iCal are automatically paid using your Clinnco credits. No need to manually approve each payment.
What if I dont have enough credits?
If there are not enough credits, the reservation is created but awaits payment. You will receive a chat notification to top up your account.
How do Clinnco credits work?
Credits are your account balance that you can use to pay for cleaning services. You can top up credits via bank transfer.
How do I top up my account?
You can pay for each reservation individually or top up your account via bank transfer for an immediate bonus. Top-ups of €110 receive 1% bonus, €200 receive 1.2%, €500 receive 1.5%, and €1000 receive 1.75% immediate bonus.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, MB Way, Multibanco reference, and credit/debit card.
How do I view my invoices?
Go to Invoices in the side menu to view and download all your invoices.

What are the support hours?
24h/day chat support (year-round) on the website, and phone support from 10:30 to 17:30 every day.
